Enriquez Materials and Quilting carries every component you need to create the best mattress at any price.

The order you place is customized according to your exact specifications.

We choose fabrics and threads from an inventory that is large enough to fulfill any customer request. Every quilted roll has its own FR certificate number to ensure compliance with current legislation.

We then select specific fillers such as foam or fiber.

The material is processed through either the leading quilting machines from Gribetz International or the Mammut VMK Chain-Stitch Multi-Needle Quilter, a proven high performance machine that allows for continuous production and the quilting of multiple patterns.

The fabric is then matched with the foundation and springs where all components are quality checked.

The supplies are then carefully packaged and, with our fleet of trucks, all orders are shipped within 24 hours.
