We have established two clean, well-lighted warehouses and offices in Commerce, California spanning 100,000 square feet and Phoenix, Arizona covering 36,000 square feet. The space allows us to stock enough fabric, threads, springs and frames, and all components, needed to fulfill any order and never run out of materials.
The two plants employ close to 100 people and have a combined production capacity of 40,000 yards per day.
We have invested in the latest equipment including the Mammut VMK Chain-Stitch Multi-Needle Quilter. Production runs operate flawlessly and efficiently.
Our fleet of 10 trucks in California and 2 trucks in Arizona enable us to schedule daily deliveries on time.
